2026 Needs Assessment
What is a Needs Assessment?
A needs assessment is a tool for organizations to determine the gaps between the services they currently offer and the needs of the communities they serve. As a state-funded organization, Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council must conduct a needs assessment every four years, and we use the information collected to inform our biennial strategic plan.
What is a Listening Tour?
A listening tour is a series of meetings where organizations gather with their various constituencies to hear their insights on the landscape of their sector. It is a fun and useful way to collect information for a needs assessment.
